As a contemporary public speaker based in Middletown, OH, I am passionate about sharing my journey of resilience and empowerment. My mission is to connect with diverse audiences, particularly medical professionals, cancer patients, terminally diagnosed, people, organ donors, and the LGBTQ+ community, to inspire and foster meaningful discussions. Through motivational speaking, I aim to encourage individuals to embrace their stories and advocate for positive change.
Empowering Medical Professionals
In my talks to medical professionals, I emphasize the profound impact of compassionate care. Having experienced multiple health challenges, including stage 4 cancer and a life-saving liver transplant, I understand the importance of empathy and humor in healthcare. My story highlights the emotional journey of patients and families, reminding medical professionals of the difference they can make through their support and understanding. I hope to inspire healthcare providers to cultivate a culture of compassion and connection, enhancing patient experiences and outcomes.
I encourage getting to know their patients. Each medical staff member I encountered throughout my journey had no choice but to notice me as a person due to the approach of fighting for better health physically and mentally while keeping a sense of humor and laughter alive within. Even during my most painful times, I tried to make others smile or laugh, including those who were helping me fight. The connections made with the medical staffs that helped me fight during my journey aided more to my recovery than they are aware. Their ability to notice changes in my appearance months between check-ups showed to me that they cared and saw "me", not a patient number, but as a person.
Advocating for Organ Donation Awareness
As a transplant recipient, words can't describe the gratitude I have for the person who chose to donate their organs. It is a process of excruciating pain for the donors' families and painful for the recipients as well. I personally can attest to the mental battle in being a recipient. The pain I feel for their family for their loss, the mind slipping back through my personal journey with all of the struggles, and the elation from receiving the ultimate gift, a chance to continue my life in a new and better direction.
I have chosen to advocate for organ donation, by sharing my personal journey to illustrate the life-changing possibilities that arise from this selfless act. My experiences have shown me the critical need for awareness and education surrounding organ donation, and I strive to motivate audiences to consider the difference they can make by becoming donors themselves. Through my speeches, I encourage conversations about the importance of organ donation and its role in saving lives, fostering a community dedicated to spreading hope, awareness, and love.

As a proud LGBTQ advocate, I address the unique challenges faced by the community and share empowering messages of acceptance and authenticity. My goal is to inspire individuals to embrace their identities and pursue their dreams without fear.
